    Classic preparation of Chef Rajko's family recipe. Served with fresh mashed potatoes and homemade Cabernet sauce!
  • Pan-Fried Sand Dabs
    Fresh, small wild Sole, very sweet and tasty, lightly Panko breaded and grilled golden brown. This is finished with a simple white wine butter sauce and served with long branch and fresh vegetables. So simple it has become a classic for both Tadich Grill Old-Timers and San Francisco.
  • Chilean Sea Bass with Prawn Garnish
    Fresh White Chilean Sea Bass broiled over Mesquite Charcoal and served with Jumbo Prawn Garnish.  Preparation changes daily to provide freshness and variety.
  • Dalmation Seafood Stew
    Inspired by the Dalmation Islands. This fresh Seafood stew often shows up on our Special Sheet. A very popular dish made with Lobster, Clams, Scallops, Jumbo Prawns and White Fish, simmered in a seafood broth and served with Garlic bread.
  • Tadich Grill Rice Custard Pudding
    A simple egg rice custard pudding. Our ancestor's recipe that has not changed in the past 100 years.
  • Dungeness Crab and Prawns a la Monza
    Fresh Dungeness Crab and Jumbo Prawns served over rice with a light Cream and Mushroom Sauce, celery, leeks and paprika, baked in a casserole with Parmesan Cheese. Very popular and unique to Tadich Grill!

    Fresh Manila Clams steamed in wine, lemon, garlic and butter sauce.
  • Ahi Tuna Salad
    Fresh Ahi Tuna Filet pan seared and served with a fresh Romaine salad with house made champagne vinaigrette.
  • Tadich Platter
    This Seafood Sampler is served for two. Our popular shared platter includes Smoked Salmon, Smoked Trout, local and fresh Crab Legs, Marinated Herring, Prawns, Oysters, Anchovies, Calamari Salad, slices of cheese, fresh avocado, capers and onion.
  • Seafood Saute
    One of our most popular dishes.  Scallops, Prawns, and Dungeness Crab Legs sauteed with mushrooms in a light Cream Sauce and served with rice and vegetable.
  • Broiled Petrale Sole Filet
    Fresh, wild and local Petrale Sole. This mild fish, similar to flounder, is caught between Eureka and Monterey. The boneless filets are traditionally broiled over Mesquite but can also be Panko breaded and grilled golden brown. Many people come to Tadich Grill just for this dish!
  • Hangtown Fry
    This Deep Fried Oysters and Bacon Frittata was often requested as a condemned mans last meal because of the time required to get all the ingredients. Served at Tadich Grill since it first opened during the Gold Rush, this dish was ordered by miners who struck it rich and could afford one of the most expensive meals in San Francisco.
  • Cosmopolitan Salad
    Our most popular salad. A combination of fresh Seafood including Dungeness Crab, Bay Shrimp, Prawns, mixed lettuce, steamed and chilled vegetables, garnished with tomato and avocado.
  • Filet Mignon with Shoestring Potatoes
    Beef Tenderloin, broiled over Mesquite and served with shoestring potatoes and fresh vegetables.
  • Mesquite Broiled Salmon
    Fresh Pacific Salmon broiled over Mesquite and served with fresh vegetables and Long Branch Potatoes.
  • Sonoma Lamb Chops
    Rack of Lamb Chops, single or double cut, broiled over Mesquite and served with mint jelly, roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables.
  • Seafood Cioppino
    The signature dish of Tadich Grill!  A seafood stew with Clams, Prawns, Scallops, Bay Shrimp, Crabmeat, Mussels and White Fish simmered in a tomato based sauce and served with garlic toast.  We served over 22 thousand orders of this signature dish last year alone. Widely recognized as the best, ANYWHERE.
  • Seafood Curry
    Fresh Dungeness Crab, Bay Shrimp and Jumbo Prawns served over Rice with a Mild Curry Sauce, topped with Parmesan Cheese and baked in the oven. Served with Mango Chutney.
  • Crab Cake Appetizer
    Dungeness Crab Cakes lightly breaded and grilled, topped with smoked salmon aioli and a sweet chili pepper sauce.
  • Oysters Rockefeller
